We collect only what we need to talk to you and build your website. We don’t sell it, and this site doesn’t track you.

This website

bemorrow.today sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.

When you get in touch

If you email us or book a call through Cal.com, we receive what you send: usually your name, your email address and a few words about your project. We use it to reply and to prepare for the call.

If we call your business

To offer our services, we sometimes call businesses using their business contact details: name, phone number and location. If you’d rather not hear from us, say so once and we’ll stop, on every channel.

When you hire us

Contract and payment. We keep your signed contract and the business and billing details on it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

The project brief. Our onboarding form asks about your business (name, contact details, address and hours, services, service area, customers, photos and online profiles) so we can build your website. While you fill it in, your answers are saved only in your own browser, so you can come back and finish later; nothing reaches us until you press Send. Then the brief goes to a private Google Sheet of ours, through Google Apps Script (or, with JavaScript turned off, to our inbox through FormSubmit), and the draft in your browser is cleared.

Who else handles it

A few service providers handle data for us, each under its own privacy policy: our web host (this site), Hostinger (our email), Google (the fonts, and the sheet that receives the brief), Cal.com (call booking), Stripe (payments) and FormSubmit (the brief, when JavaScript is off). We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it. For clients, that means while we work together, plus whatever tax and accounting rules require afterwards. For everyone else, no longer than it takes to answer you. Then we delete it.

Your choices

Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, send you a copy or delete it. Write to hey@bemorrow.today. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses, and this site isn’t meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
